Zakład Przemysłu Mięsnego Biernacki Sp. z o. o. is a Polish firm with 30 years tradition and experience. We are one of the largest and most modern beef producers in Europe. We export high quality beef and innovative beef products to over 60 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. We implemented HACCP standard and obtained IFS and BRC certificates. We specialize in Halal and Kosher slaughter. We have control over all the preparation stages from slaughter to cutting to packing and dispatch to clients. We also have chilled products department, where we prepare portioned and packed beef for most of Polish retail and hypermarket chains and frozen products department, where we make a wide range of frozen products for our foreign business partners. In our daughter site Buszewo we produce a broad spectrum of products intended for individual clients and HoReCa sector, ex. ready and semi-ready dishes, smoked and cured vacuum packed cold cuts and many others. We have a well-developed logistic base and transport fleet. Our key advantage over competitors comes from having own farms, that are constantly growing as well as our profession approach and slaughter capacity of 1400 heads per day , enabling us realization of high-volume specific contracts.
